BioJoin us for this year's AIDS Walk Boston on Sunday, June 3, 2007 at Hatch Shell, Boston MA
AIDS Walk Boston is community event to raise money for AIDS Action Committee’s services and prevention efforts and increase awareness the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Massachusetts. This family-friendly event attracts 15,000 participants each year from Boston and surrounding communities who walk the 10K (6.2 mile) route through Boston, Brookline and Cambridge. AIDS Walk Boston incorporates education as well as entertainment into the day’s festivities through games, live performances along the Walk route and at the Hatch Shell, and interaction with local vendors and health professionals.
Now in it's twenty-second year, over 200,000 people have participated in the Walk and they have generously raised over $30 million dollars for the programs and services of AIDS Action Committee.
Remember, by walking this year you WILL make a difference in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
